This assists your cashflow and can help save on any overdraft interest payable on your business bank account.

Reduced administration

A Corporate Card will help you keep track of receipts, petty cash vouchers and expense forms. We provide individual statements for each cardholder who has incurred expenses along with an overall summary for your business. Statements are sent to a nominated representative.

Monthly settlement

Balances are settled on a monthly basis by one Direct Debit, reducing the need to issue numerous cheques. You can select a settlement date within one of four weekly cycles.

Widely accepted

Our Corporate Card can be used throughout the world for purchases and to obtain cash advances*. You can also shop online safely, using any computer, any time, anywhere with Bank of Scotland Secure.

Fees

There are no annual fees in the first year. After that, annual fees are charged on a per card basis dependent on spend.

As a Bank of Scotland Corporate Cardholder you can take advantage of a range of benefits that have been negotiated on your behalf. So, provided you use your Bank of Scotland Corporate Card as payment, you could be making your business life a little easier and a lot more enjoyable.

Corporate liability waiver

In the event of a cardholding employee misusing the Corporate Card, this valuable insurance automatically protects you against losses up to £1,000,000 per business and £15,000 per cardholder. The period of waiver is 75 days prior to the discovery date of the loss by your company and 14 days after this date.
